Bracknell Sub Aqua Club

Technical diver

Whatever your underwater interests there is someone in the club that you can enjoy sharing them with. We can inform, support and teach you about a range of technical diving choices either within the club or through the wider BSAC community,

Here are a selection of topics that may be of interest to you...

Deeper diving on specialist breathing gases – currently the club record is in excess of 150m using a blend of Nitrogen, Oxygen and Helium. We offer Sports Mixed Gas and Accelerated Decompression Procedures skills development courses.

Rebreather diving – we have many members diving closed circuit rebreathers and can arrange try dives on this specialist equipment.

Wreck diving – the UK is one of the greatest wreck diving sites in the world and both regular dives and Wreck Appreciation training is available.

Photography and videography – Bracknell Sub Aqua Club is home to some exceptionally gifted people who are keen to share their skills and compare the results at our annual photographic competition.

Through our links to BSAC we have also had members train to go ice diving under the sheet ice of Austria or cave diving through the flooded caves and mines of England and Wales. Boat handling courses, instructor training and a wealth of other courses...it is all available through the Bracknell Sub Aqua Club.
